Shipping Policy

At Blush&Day, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently, both domestically and internationally. Please review our shipping policy for important details on processing and delivery times.

1. Processing Time

  • We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days.
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods

  • We offer shipping through UPS and USPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
  • Pickup options are also available for local customers. Please select the pickup option at checkout and contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time.

5. International Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International orders may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.
  • If you have questions about international shipping or restrictions for your country, feel free to contact us.

6. Order Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
  • Blush&Day is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

8. Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX).

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
